1. Service Description
ScanIntent is currently in a pre-launch / waitlist phase. The website (the "Service") allows prospective users to join a waitlist to gain early access to a future software-as-a-service (SaaS) social listening platform designed for B2B lead generation. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the waitlist or the planned Service at any time.
2. Waitlist Registration
To join the waitlist, you must provide a valid email address and optionally describe the product or service you sell. By submitting this information, you agree to receive communications from ScanIntent regarding your waitlist status, product updates, and early access invitations. Each user may maintain only one spot on the waitlist per email address.
3. Acceptable Use
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Submit false, automated, or spam entries to the waitlist.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Service, including but not limited to the website design, branding, logos, and copy, are the exclusive property of ScanIntent and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All third-party product and company names mentioned on this site (e.g., Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Quora, Indie Hackers, Hacker News, Slack, Bluesky) are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScanIntent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the waitlist.
6. Modifications to Terms
ScanIntent reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation on the waitlist after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
